I know. It was all very exciting, all these people
coming to see me and they all brought presants for me.
I had to unwrap them - which was such fun.
I was so spoilt and such a very lucky beagle.
corner (where stuff is put and never comes back).
tasty veg and stuff. On Xmas day Mark drove us and Sharon's parents down to the seaside
them and Mark and I raced along the beach for a bit, that was so good to feel the sea
air against my ears. We then got in the car and went home.
but, I was OK.
I spent a night away from Sharon and Mark,
as I didn't feel very well at all and hurt quite a bit.
I was taken to see Pip at the vet surgery, she's a nice lady. She checked me over and then
put me to sleep for a bit whilst they took pictures of my lovely tummy.
I had to lose some of the hair from my front paws so that they
could poke me with a long pointy shiny thingy
to make me snooze for a bit
and I had to stay to have fluids overnight.
I had a temperature and also had to have some antibiotics an painkillers.
Pip made me wear this funny cone-shaped white collar...
It was MASSIVE so I couldn't quite see where
I was going and kept bumping into the side
of the door.....
I remember Sharon talking to me and stroking me whilst I was "out of it"
and she did give me a lovely kiss goodbye and a big cuddle
before she left me for the night.
Anyway Sharon picked me up the next day but I still wasn't quite
right so she returned to the vets for some painkillers which worked a treat.
Sharon kept me company and slept downstairs with me for 3 nights
as I wasn't allowed outside for a few days and had to have complete rest.....
Yeh, right - I hear you say.
Man when those painkiller kick in I was soooo
up for it, I was like a dog possessed !!.
The vet didn't really find out what was wrong with me.
The pictures showed inside my tummy(ain't that clever) and you could see quite
clearly the portion of blanket that
I had consumed earlier on and there was something else
there too which Pip couldn't make out.
Anyway it didn't really matter to me
as these things have a way of working themselves out
(s'cuse the pun) and I "pooped the blanket out the next day!!.

Sharon and Mark gave me a bath on saturday in the bathroom upstairs.
Sharon reckoned I needed it as I whiffed a bit.
Mark had walked me earlier in the day and I had
discovered some lovely bits and bobs to roll in
ooooooh it was luvely I can tell you,
such a treat however, the humans didn't
Apprecate the delicate scent
that had attached itself to my fur.
Anyway that my life up-to-date, so far.
I suppose I'd better go, I need a rest now
after dictating this very large e-mail.
Woof Woof
Buster
Hiya you guys,
It's bit cold down our way and I reckon,
from listening to the humans, we could be
expecting some of that white fluffy stuff...
can't wait to go and play in it.
I have been waking up early the last two mornings, normally I like a lie-in until mark manages to pull himself
out of bed and take me for a walk,
I think it's because its colder than normal,
so I'm up to see Sharon before she gone to work- most of the time she has already gone,
and i don't see her until later.
We both get so excited when we see each other.
Most of the time I'm a good boy when we take a walk.
I must admit I do get a bit impatient with the humans
because they won't get a move on and then
I get most annoyed because they won't let me sniff
for very long when I do
finally find a smelly bit of ground.
Sharon has decided that she is going to make me
"sit for a bit"
every time I pull. Well, it seems to work most of the time but
the rest of it I just have the devil in me and
can't control my actions
and I just have to go with the flow...
if only the humans could do this too!!!
Woof Woof for now.
Buster
Woof Woof you lot
Yipeeeeeeeeeee, the white stuff's arrived, it's great,
sooo much fun
I woke early this morning and Sharon let me in one door and straight out the other.
Well..... once I saw the back garden
all covered in white - I couldn't resist going out in it.
Strange at first - stepping out in it - but.
once my little paws sank into the soft fluffy whiteness,
all hell broke lose(Sharon said).
I just ran and ran around the garden, leaping like a giselle (what one of them when they're at home)
from one side to the other, digging my nose
down deep into the white and then blowing it all out again.
I do belive Sharon got fed up waiting for me to come in.
Anyway, when I had enough I barked to go back indoors. wow, it was wonderful.
Then, it was all hands to the deck - 'cus five minutes later
I wanted "out" again,
got a bit impatient with Sharon - she wasn't
getting to the door quick enough to let me out so had to
bark to hurry her up, she was drinking her tea or somethink trivial like that.
As far as I'm concerned, time matters,
that white stuff might not be here for long,
need to get out and enjoy it while I can.
Busy, busy, busy.....
After that I was in and out like "a fiddler's elbow",
the garden looked a right state once I had finished with it.
I just felt that I had to race around through all the
untrodden parts,
churn it all up ,you know what it's like...!
Anyway, can't stop, I'm hoping to go out again,
as it's still snowing hard here.
Woof for now...
Buster
